Our website is hosted on GoHighLevel (GHL). We use GHL to manage our web forms and chat with you, while all our appointments, reviews, and gift card purchases are handled by our trusted booking app, Fresha.

2. Our Contact Form & Messaging

When you fill in our website contact form to ask us a question, please make sure you give us your real name and contact details. By ticking our consent box, you agree that Charlotte or the team can reply to you directly using mobile text messages (SMS) or WhatsApp in response to your enquiry.

We always try our best to reply to your messages quickly, but if you need to urgently reschedule or change a slot, please do this directly through the Fresha app instead.

3. Copying Our Images or Content

This website contains lovely design features, brand logos, copy, and real client photos (like our beautiful nails lookbooks and before-and-after spray tans) that belong strictly to us. Please do not copy, reproduce, or reuse any of our photos or copy without asking us first.

While we always aim to have our website running perfectly, we are not responsible for any booking errors, service disruptions, or price variations that occur through our third-party hosts (GoHighLevel) or booking engines (Fresha).
